About Oceanview
Helping Businesses Find Calm, Control, and Clear Direction
At Oceanview Consulting Group, we help businesses navigate their journeys with structure, insight, and steady support. Our work spans accounting and financial planning, data analytics and business intelligence, and strategic advisory services — all tailored to help leaders make clearer decisions and move with purpose.
Inspired by the vast and powerful rhythms of the ocean, we help organizations streamline financial operations, uncover meaningful insights, and stay grounded through change. Whether you're managing the day-to-day or planning for the long term, we provide the guidance and tools to move forward confidently.
Using a blend of experience, smart technology, and strategic thinking, we help our clients uncover patterns, highlight risks, and illuminate opportunities. By turning data into direction and complexity into clarity, we help businesses take control, adapt to shifting tides, and pursue what’s next with purpose.
Who We Help
We work with business owners, nonprofit leaders, and financial decision-makers who care about doing things well — with clarity, intention, and real follow-through. Whether you're navigating growth, restructuring for stability, or planning for what’s next, we help you move forward with confidence.
Our clients range from small businesses and founder-led organizations to established mid-size companies and mission-driven nonprofits. We’ve supported a wide variety of industries, including other professional services, construction, retail, manufacturing, real estate, and more. The breadth of our collective experience gives us a broader perspective and helps us take a more holistic approach to solving complex challenges.
We appreciate clients who value structure, insight, and steady execution — people who think critically, work collaboratively, and appreciate a thoughtful, honest approach to progress. If that sounds like you, we’re ready to help.
We also take special interest in working with organizations connected to maritime industries and ocean preservation, as well as those focused on animal welfare, wildlife protection, and broader environmental conservation. Our interest in this work goes beyond business. We personally believe in what they’re doing.
Our Approach
We focus on doing real work — not posturing, performing, or putting on a show. We’re thoughtful, intentional, and grounded. No fluff. No nonsense. Just honest effort, clear thinking, and meaningful results.
Our process begins by making sense of what’s there — cutting through the noise, identifying what matters, and building the structure needed to move forward. It’s a process rooted in respect: for your time, your goals, and the integrity of the work. We listen carefully, think critically, and follow through with care.
Whether it’s a complex project or a straightforward solution, we approach each engagement with professionalism, thoughtfulness, and a steady hand. We set clear expectations, communicate openly, and take pride in doing things the right way.
We stay current on tech tools that improve efficiency, streamline collaboration, and unlock deeper insight — from automation and AI to data analytics and integrated business systems. Technology isn’t just a trend — it’s a necessity. We adopt and apply the tools that help our clients move faster, think smarter, and do more with less. You don’t need a massive tech stack to stay competitive — just the right tools, used the right way.
We take pride in the appearance of our presentations. Presentation should support sound decision-making, especially when time is limited. Presentation isn’t a finishing touch — it’s a constant consideration throughout the project. A well-crafted report or presentation doesn’t just show numbers and text — it tells a story, commands attention, and elevates the message.
What We Stand For
We stand for truth — even when it’s uncomfortable. Transparency isn’t optional. It’s essential. Whether it’s an inefficiency to address or an opportunity to seize, we believe clarity is the only way forward. Truth reveals what needs to be fixed, strengthened, or used to your advantage.
We don’t chase trends or cut corners. We do meaningful work with people who care about doing things the right way and doing them well. That means asking the right questions, navigating complexity with calm, and delivering results that are as solid as they are smart.
We believe in showing up fully — prepared, present, and precise. Like riding a wave, it’s about timing and judgment, understanding the forces at play, and trusting your skill. Surfers don’t ride every wave — they choose carefully, act deliberately, and commit fully. That’s how we work.
Excellence isn’t loud. It doesn’t need to be. It speaks in the quality of the work, the strength of the decisions, and the clarity of the path forward.
Our Commitment to the Ocean
At Oceanview, our name reflects more than just a perspective — it symbolizes our dedication to the ocean that connects us all.
For 2025, we plan to donate a portion of our annual earnings to nonprofit organizations focused on ocean preservation, conservation, and advocacy. This includes supporting initiatives like The Ocean Cleanup that work tirelessly to remove plastic pollution from our seas, as shown in the image above.
By partnering with entities who share our values, we aim to make a tangible impact on the health of our planet’s oceans. Together, we can navigate toward a more sustainable and responsible future.
Our Purpose & Principles
Every business needs purpose, direction, and guiding principles.
These are the foundations that shape how we move — and how we help others.

To illuminate possibilities and guide organizations toward meaningful decisions through structure, insight, and deep understanding, helping them move forward with clarity and confidence.
Vision Statement
To redefine what’s possible when businesses are equipped with the right tools, guidance, and insights — and to help them thrive through uncertainty with confidence and clarity.
Values
Our values are not just statements. They are practiced convictions that shape every decision, relationship, and result.
We believe in integrity. It means doing what is right, even when it’s hard or unseen.
We hold to prudence. We apply care, foresight, and sound judgment — not just intelligence, but wisdom in action.
We value honesty. Transparency builds trust, and trust builds strength.
We practice excellence. Not as perfection, but as a consistent commitment to doing our best with what we have.
We strive to act with purpose and move with conscious impact. Every action, no matter how big or small, creates a ripple that shapes the future.
We view our work as a reflection of character — a signature we leave behind in everything we touch.
When Character Leads, Good Work Follows
We hold high standards in the work we deliver, the relationships we build, and the principles we uphold.
About Our Founder
Trusted Experience. Deep Roots. Clear Purpose.
Like sailing a sharp line through changing waters, my work is guided by judgment, balance, and control.
It’s not about reacting fast — it’s about responding wisely.
Professional & Academic Background
With decades of experience in accounting, finance, and business management, supported by a strategic MBA and a deeply interdisciplinary foundation in management, communication, and philosophy, I’ve built a career around uncovering what matters, navigating complexity, and helping people make smart, well-informed decisions.
My academic path was intentional. I studied not only the technical foundations of accounting and finance but also the deeper disciplines that shape good leadership: ethics, communication, critical thinking, and human behavior. In graduate school, I explored strategy, analytics, and business intelligence, seeking ways to connect data with meaning and operations with insight.
I founded Oceanview to bring structure and clarity to areas that may need to be optimized, restructured, or aligned more closely with long-term goals. I approach every engagement with precision, integrity, and purpose.
While I believe that numbers tell a story, it’s also important how that story is framed — how reports, dashboards, and presentations are structured and presented. I value clear communication, thoughtful design, and a focus on what matters most. Color and structure aren’t just decoration; they’re tools that guide the eye, sharpen attention, and help clients see what others might miss.
I lead with intention and calm. Whether mentoring a team, guiding a client, or managing change, I bring clarity, consistency, and a strong sense of responsibility to every business relationship. And I believe in setting a high bar and supporting people in reaching it.

Personal Snapshot
I’m a devoted animal lover and longtime advocate for animal welfare causes. At the very least, I’ve always had a dog or cat in my life. Our current dog, Boogieman — aka “Boogie” — is more than a pet; he’s family. Loyal, sweet, and a little spoiled, he’s both our protector and best friend.
One of my favorite ways to recharge is being in the water — whether it’s swimming or spending time near the ocean. Though I don’t get to do it as often as I’d like, being near the ocean brings a sense of calm, clarity, and perspective. There’s something about the salt air, the cool weather, and the rhythm of the waves that clears my mind and brings me back to center. It leaves me grounded, focused, and ready for whatever’s next. That connection helped inspire the name Oceanview. It’s more than a reference. It’s a mindset.
Skating has also been a meaningful part of my life. I grew up ice skating competitively and still love to lace up roller skates when I get the chance. Both sharpened my focus, shaped my discipline, and gave me qualities I still lean on as an adult, along with a deep appreciation for balance that shows up in more ways than one.
